“Scheduled an appointment for the repair. Given time between 12 and 4pm. Called at 330 to verify i was receiving service in the timeframe. Was assured he was wrapping up his call and would be on his way. Called office around 405 and asked for an update. Was told he was still wrapping up his current job and would be there around 430. Hmm rush hour traffic from Shadyside to penn hills in 25 minutes.
Was told if I canceled i could reschedule next week. Said I would wait 15 more minutes then I was leaving. Would have electrician arriving close to 5. Received a call from office and was told I am still on schedule but electrician won't be done for another hour to an hour and half. Ok so maybe I would get service closer to 7pm when my appointment was to be at 4 pm. Unacceptable and had I not called office inquiring about my appointment they wouldn't have called me.”
